Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment or has been dispatched, the cancellation may not be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing of the refund depends on your payment provider's processing times.

Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some payment processors may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible in your account. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us with details of your purchase and refund request, and we will investigate the matter for you.
